Required Skills: Valid and current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification Proven experience with general anesthesia management and perioperative care Strong clinical knowledge in anesthesia techniques for diverse cases including ortho, general, pediatrics, plastics, ENT, and GYN Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently within a care team Competence with patient assessment, medication administration, and monitoring during anesthesia Nice to Have Skills: Experience in a similar fast-paced clinical environment Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Additional certifications in advanced airway management or pain management Preferred Education and Experience: Master s degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing CRNA in a hospital or surgical setting Other Requirements: Ability to work 10 or 12-hour shifts Willingness to work in El Paso, known as the Sun City, with its excellent weather and safety reputation No rounding required for this position; scheduled patient load of approximately 10 patients per day Must be able to document and comply with all licensure, certification, and applicable legal requirements Travel and other reimbursements will be provided when applicable This is your chance to join a reliable, growth-oriented team committed to your professional success.
