Required Skills: Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New HampshireProven experience in long-term or geriatric careKnowledge of medication administration, wound care, and infection control protocolsAbility to accurately transcribe and follow physician s ordersStrong communication and documentation skillsSupervisory skills for overseeing Nursing Assistants and care staffAbility to work independently and respond promptly to resident needsNice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsKnowledge of wound vacs and gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedingsBilingual abilities to assist diverse resident populationsPrior experience in rural healthcare settingsPreferred Education and Experience: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificationMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term or skilled nursing facilitiesFamiliarity with state and federal regulations governing nursing careOther Requirements: Own reliable transportation due to the facility s rural locationWillingness to work a flexible schedule starting from March 17, 2026Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work effectively in a team environmentWillingness to participate in ongoing staff education and trainingOffering an hourly pay rate of $40.87, this position provides competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, robust referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and travel/reimbursement allowances when applicable.
