This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, digging into data to uncover root causes, and strengthening the accuracy of order and inventory processes during a period of rapid hardware growth.THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUValidate, book, and release customer orders across retail, distributor, and commercial channelsEnsure orders progress accurately and on time from initial entry through release to 3PL partnersPartner with Channel Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Account teams to maintain operational continuityMonitor order flow constraints, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions to protect OTD/OTIF performanceSupport short-, mid-, and long‑range warehouse capacity planning through structured data analysis and reportingAnalyze order data to identify anomalies, errors, or bottlenecks before they create operational or financial impactMaintain system updates, data integrity, and reporting accuracy within the client’s ERP and related toolsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, scalability, and execution speedKEY SUCCESS FACTORSUnderstanding ofend-to-end supply chain operations : order management, inventory availability, allocation, outbound distribution, and 3PL interactions5+ years of experiencesupporting B2B channels, retail partners, distributors, or fulfillment networksHands‑on experience extracting, reconciling, and interpreting data from large‑scale ERP systemsAbility to maintain data integrity and follow structured workflows within order/inventory modulesAdvanced Excelabilities: pivot tables, index‑match, v‑lookup, filtering, data modeling, and error tracingComfortable navigating complex, multi‑tab workbooks with high precisionUses data to diagnose root causes, inform decisions, and communicate insights effectivelyExceptional attention to detail; able to identify discrepancies and prevent costly mistakes in high-volume order cyclesDemonstrates accuracy, structure, and follow‑through across multi‑step workflowsClear, assertive communicator who collaborates effectively with internal and external partnersProven ability to escalare appropriately, resolve issues quickly, and maintain urgency in fast‑moving environmentsDemonstrated ability to streamline workflows and improve accuracy, speed, or repeatabilityNICE TO HAVESBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldExperience partnering with 3PLs or managing retail channel fulfillment requirementsFamiliarity with Oracle ERP or other enterprise resource planning systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics)Experience within consumer electronics or other high‑volume hardware environmentsExperience with SQL queries, VBA macros, or automated reporting workflowsLean Six Sigma or structured problem‑solving trainingOUR BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDES:Comprehensive medical benefitsDental, vision benefits401(k) retirement plan…and much more!ABOUT INSPYR SOLUTIONS Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
