I m reaching out with an excellent Locums NP opportunity with client supporting their ISNP program across the San Fernando Valley from Burbank to Santa Clarita and north toward West Hills. This is a mobile/travel NP role providing geriatric primary care directly inside patients homes and facilities. Details Role: Nurse Practitioner ISNP (Mobile/Travel) Location: San Fernando Valley, CA Setting: In-home and facility-based geriatric primary care Type: Locums (6 months, strong extension potential) Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm Patient Volume: 5 7 patients/day Start: ASAP EMR: Athena Requirements-CA NP license, Board Certified, BLS + DEA Minimum 1 year geriatric primary care experience Experience in mobile NP or facility visit roles preferred Knowledge of HEDIS & value-based care (VBC) required Compensation Discuss by Phone 100% Malpractice Paid Paid Weekly Why This Role?
