Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Near Canton, Ohio Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, on site every day Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience Why This Opportunity Stands Out (Human Resources Generalist): Join a mission-driven healthcare organization serving the community Work directly with executive leadership and the Board of Directors Hands-on HR leadership role with broad organizational impact Exposure to workforce development, compliance, and provider credentialing Opportunity to shape company culture and strengthen employee engagement Stable organization committed to quality care, integrity, and continuous improvement Opportunity to grow into management position Key Responsibilities (Human Resources Generalist): Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with leadership Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, voluntary plans, COBRA, FMLA, and annual renewals Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary guidance in coordination with executive leadership and legal counsel Maintain and update personnel records, I-9 documentation, credentialing files, and HR databases ensuring strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, unemployment, workers’ compensation, and random drug screening programs Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes Qualifications (Human Resources Generalist): Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Associate’s degree required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience #HR #generalist #growth #northeastOhio #opportunity #careers #jobs #humanresources
