About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Area Manager to oversee the performance and condition of multiple retail sites in New York. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong background in janitorial or facility services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly site visits (approximately 4 hours per location) Submit detailed weekly reports outlining: Site conditions Areas needing improvement Feedback from on-site managers Train janitorial crews on best practices and ensure compliance with standards Assist with hands-on tasks including high dusting and general janitorial duties Communicate effectively with both site managers and internal teams Qualifications: Previous experience in facilities, janitorial services, or retail management preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Ability to perform light physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and ladder use for dusting Reliable transportation required Why Join Us?
