Job Description

Automation And Analytics Managing Consultant As an Automation and Analytics Managing Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Automation and Analytics Managing Consultants lead high impact healthcare projects, strategically aligning resources and timelines to drive results and ensure successful outcomes. Bachelor's degree 5+ years of prior relevant consulting or consulting-like experience Prior project management experience Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel Ability to travel 75% or more Bachelor's degree in business administration or health-related field Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry Track record of strong client service Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects Additional qualifications include efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, a high level of motivation, and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work well independently and within team structures. Financial modeling/planning skills a Plus The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
