HR Generalist $ 30 - $ 36 / Hour Location: Tigard, OR Duration: Full-time, Temporary (36 months) Hours/Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible schedule possible) Compensation: $30$36/hour, depending on experience Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Tigard, OR to find a dedicated HR Senior Generalist. This role will support core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Manage performance review processes and assist with merit increases. Coach managers and provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations issues. Administer HR programs such as benefits, leave management, and compliance requirements. Maintain HR records and assist with HR reporting and documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Assist with policy implementation and day-to-day HR operations. Qualifications: Experience in general HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coach managers and support employees. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.
