RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full cycle recruiting process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending job offers, and onboarding support. Create effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networks, educational institutions, and employee referrals. Collaborate with department leaders to understand and assist with their staffing needs. Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for multiple departments, roles, and locations. Implement innovative recruitment strategies to overcome sourcing obstacles. Facilitate a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, 30-day retention, and interview show rate. Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records and comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws. QUALIFICATIONS One year of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using recruiting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
