Job Description The Director of Estimating - Infrastructure - MD will: Lead all preconstruction and estimating activities for commercial and infrastructure projects Develop conceptual budgets and detailed estimates across CSI Divisions 2-16 Oversee and mentor a team of 4 estimators (varying experience levels) Set estimating strategy to ensure accurate, competitive bids Collaborate with design teams and project managers on value engineering Review project scopes including MEP, interiors, and exterior renovations Support pursuits for projects ranging from ~7,000-20,000 sq ft Report directly to senior leadership and align estimating with company goals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
