Location: Stafford, VA Status: Full time Contingent Hire Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline Experience: 5+ years of program analysis or acquisition support experience Must haves: Experience supporting overarching program analysis activities, including IPT coordination, tasker management, and executive-level reporting background Citizenship and Clearance: U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements Skills: Proficiency with SharePoint, TEAMS, and DoN tasking tools. Above average proficiency in other Microsoft Office products; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong documentation and technical reporting skills, strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or with a team Desired Qualifications: Client Familiarity: Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps Tools Familiarity: DoD Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, DoN tasking tools Primary Duties: Provide support to schedule, facilitate, and document IPTs, working groups, and decision briefings Develop monthly status reports and tasker responses using DoN Tracker and other Government systems Draft correspondence in accordance with SECNAV and GPO standards Maintain program data in MCSC TOPIC and approved repositories LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
