Days: M-Su Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Continental Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00 Location: Fairfield, OH The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials using Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Tuggers and Dock Stockers. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports production flow, and maintains workplace organization by following 6S principles and safety guidelines. Accuracy, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to meeting operational goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Experience 1+ Years of Material Handling Experience (Stand-Up Equipment Preferred) forklifts, pallet jacks, reach truck, order picker, turret truck, tugger Work Safely High attention to safety, wear PPE, and always report unsafe situations. Move Materials Pick, pull, and carry parts or finished products to the correct place. Label & Scan Put labels on materials and use an RF scanner to check part numbers and quantities. Load & Unload Safely take materials on and off trailers and stack them correctly for transport. Use various devices Operate banding and wrapping devices to secure materials. Report a problem Tell your supervisor if materials are damaged, missing, or incorrect. Be Reliable Come to work on time every day, work overtime as needed, adhere to break schedules, and use of call-off line when unable to come in. Work with Care Lift/Carry/Push up to 40 lbs., stand/walk for long hours, pay close attention to details, and work well with co-workers. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $19.00
