Class A CDL Driver

Class A CDL Driver We are seeking a safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team at LeMay PCR in Frederickson, WA. PAY AND SCHEDULE: Competitive wages range from $35.00 to $35.50/HR to start. The schedule will be a four-day workweek with three consecutive days off. The start time will be between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Tractor Trailer with a dedicated local route. Manual transmission is utilized in tractor/trailer equipment. Possibility for training on Roll Off. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires. Ability to perform a physically demanding job, lifting to 50lbs regularly. Courteous interaction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: Climbing in and out of the cab up to 40+ times/day. The work environment involves exposure to physical risks, such as moving mechanical parts, which requires following basic safety precautions. The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and humid conditions, fumes, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate. Will be working in all weather conditions. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Valid Class A CDL High School Diploma or GED Ability to learn and use interpersonal skills relating to quality customer service As verified by a current MVR/driver abstract, all qualifications as defined under DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51 must be met. We require at least three years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with expertise operating 53' trailers. Clean safety and driving record Able to work in all weather conditions Ability to deal with the physicality of the job with no issues. Basic knowledge of truck components to complete pre-and post-trip inspections.
