Job Description

This position is for a dedicated Airport Customer Service Rep, where you will provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, and learn company products and services to better assist others. Additional duties include work with supervisors to meet daily goals, manage simple records and enter information accurately, coordinate with other departments when needed, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, as well as follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
