Our office now includes eight team members, and my wife (who works alongside me) helps keep our agency running like the close-knit, family-centered environment were proud of. Were active in our community through our church and by supporting groups such as Helping Hands foster organization and the Feed My Sheep food pantry. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shaffin Wegener - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
