Executive Assistant (Hybrid Sacramento, CA) $70,000 + Performance Bonuses We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate investor based in Sacramento, CA. This is a dynamic, hybrid role for someone who thrives in both people-facing and operational environments. This is not just a task-based role we are looking for a strategic partner who can help drive communication, accountability, and execution across the business. What Youll Do Executive Support Manage calendar, inbox, and daily priorities Keep the executive on track with tasks, deadlines, and goals Provide consistent updates and end-of-day reporting Team & Vendor Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and team Communicate and ensure follow-through on tasks Coordinate with vendors and external partners Client Communication Conduct follow-up calls with sellers and clients Deliver a high-touch, empathetic experience while maintaining professionalism and structure Operations & CRM Manage and update CRM (REISimpli training provided) Track tasks, communications, and deal flow details In-Person & Errand Support Run local business errands (escrow, attorney, etc.) Occasionally accompany the executive during workdays to assist with execution Marketing Coordination Liaise with the marketing team Assist with presentations and ensure deliverables are completed Who You Are Experienced Executive Assistant (required) Strong communicator with excellent writing skills Empathetic and people-first, but confident and assertive Highly organized and detail-oriented Resourceful problem-solver with a figure-it-out mindset Tech-savvy and adaptable across tools Proactive and reliable with follow-through Comfortable moving quickly values execution over perfection Work Environment Hybrid (Sacramento-based Downtown office on P Street) Flexible schedule Combination of in-office, remote, and in-field work Compensation $70,000 base salary Performance-based bonuses Why This Role This is an opportunity to work directly alongside a highly respected real estate investor who values her team, leads with empathy, and creates a flexible, supportive work environment.
