Logistics Analyst IV - Systems Analyst The Contractor shall serve as a Systems Analyst subject matter expert with comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of Army Automation Systems. These systems include, but are not limited to: Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS) LOGICOL System Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) Lead Materiel Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST) Medical Materiel Mobilization Planning Tool (M3PT) Other systems specifically authorized by PEO-S and PM SMD The Contractor shall utilize these Army Automation Systems to perform essential tasks, including uploading data, conducting required data entry, and ensuring accurate and timely updates prior to, during, and upon completion of Fielding Missions. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide training to other staff members within the Soldier Medical Devices program to ensure proficiency in the use of these systems and support the successful execution of fielding operations. Advise and assist PM, SMD in the transition, implementation and execution of DPAS system as the accountable property system of record (APSR) for material transactions and accountability. Advise and assist PM, SMD Product Manager(s) (PM) with transition, implementation, and execution of DST-SM Distribution Coordination platform designed to build Materiel Fielding Plans for medical device distribution. Advise and assist PM, SMD FID with transition, implementation, and execution of DST-SM Distribution Synchronization/Equipping Events Platform designed to accurately reflect approved materiel fielding project schedules. Provide Medical Logistics Assistance Support to Units in need. Provide Monthly Logistics Assistance Workload Report (CDRL A013). Monthly Logistics Assistance Workload Report will contain a summary that includes the following information: Units contacted summary, by category roll up of event communications, number of events closed, number of events open, total medical material issued value, and total cost avoidance captured value Personnel are required to have a current secret clearance. Personnel are required to have a Bachelor degree in related field. Personnel are required to have 6+ years of relevant experience.
