We partner closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and cross-functional operational teams to deliver high-quality support and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements. What You Will Be Doing: Providing operational and administrative support for tax processes, filings, and documentation Assisting with the preparation, review, and organization of tax forms, statements, and compliance materials Responding to tax-related inquiries from internal teams or customers, ensuring accurate and timely information Maintaining and updating tax records within internal systems and databases Supporting audit activities by gathering data, validating information, and preparing required documentation Monitoring workflows and identifying discrepancies or missing information that may impact tax compliance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements Contributing to process improvements, documentation updates, and best-practice development What You Will Need: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical and regulatory data Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work Added Bonus If You Have: Experience working with tax forms, tax operations, or compliance-related tasks Knowledge of state or federal tax regulations or reporting requirements Background in finance, accounting, payroll, or a related field Experience with ERP, HRIS, or tax software systems Exposure to audit processes or documentation preparation What We Offer You: Flexible and creative work environment Diverse and collaborative atmosphere Professional and personal development resources Opportunities to volunteer and support charities Competitive salary and benefits FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
