Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist role located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Procurement Specialist will manage the procurement processes, including generating and managing purchase orders, assessing suppliers, and conducting contract negotiations. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with the organization's policies and industry standards. The specialist will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain management and support organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in creating, managing, and tracking purchase orders Experience in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and support decision-making Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and organizational abilities Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in technology-based or IT-related projects is a plus
