Senior Contracts Manager / Lvl 6 / Grand Prairie, TX You will be the Senior Contracts Manager for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for delivering contract excellence that powers the Precision Fires munitions portfolio within the Tactical Missiles line of business. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Contracts Manager you will be responsible for leading a high-performing contracts group that supports Precision Fires development, production, and related U.S. Government agreements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Shape the future of SR/ER GMLRS proposals by capturing follow-on business and developing next-generation leaders. Build effective relationships with internal and external customers to secure win-win outcomes. Implement growth-focused business strategies and devise creative negotiation approaches. Lead, train, and mentor the Contracts team across the full cradle-to-grave contract lifecyclefrom capture through award, execution, closeout, and audit. Provide contractual advice and coordinate with program management, finance, legal, supply-chain, and engineering to ensure compliant and timely contract actions. The position will require onsite work >50% of the time and occasional travel is required.
