About the Opportunity: As an HR Generalist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and offboarding coordination in our Aurora, Ohio office. You will also partner with the broader Human Resources team to support core HR operations, enhance organizational effectiveness, and contribute to forward-looking HR initiatives. Responsibilities Draft and prepare offer letters for entry level and co-op candidates Facilitate onboarding for entry level and co-op employees Conduct New Hire Orientation Coordinate regional offboarding process Conduct employee relation investigations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Partner with management to assist with performance coaching Responds daily to employee inquires in our HR Help Desk Provide safety statistics for customer prequalification's Partner with insurance broker to provide necessary customer insurance documentation Conduct employee background checks required for customer projects Owns end-to-end HR invoicing, including processing, tracking, and reconciling HR-related expenses Audit, Analyze and recommend corrective action as needed Partner with HR counterparts on departmental projects Provide support to HR Department Assist with troubleshooting process workflows within the HR technology stack Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related major. 2 years of applicable experience preferred. Ability to work a hybrid schedule. Willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in collecting, analyzing, organizing, and reporting information. Strong interest in HRIS technology process automation. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Strong team collaboration. Highly motivated to work independently and productively. Knowledge of HCM and ATS systems is desirable. ADP and iCIMS experience preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without RoviSys sponsorship.
