Summary: The Staff Physical Therapists provides patient care assessment and treatment. Identify, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease/ prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring Therapists, Assistants, Technicians, and Students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service. EDUCATION Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy. EXPERIENCE None LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible. OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with stated customers and staff members.
