Law Firm Bookkeeper

Accounting Professional A well-established, law firm is seeking a degreed Accounting professional to oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations and serve as a trusted financial partner to leadership. Key responsibilities include: Oversee all standard bookkeeping functions Manage bill pay and credit card reconciliations Process wires and deposit checks Prepare and issue 1099s annually Partner with external accounting firm to assist with tax preparation and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and ensure strong internal organization Provide dependable financial support to leadership Ideal candidate: Prior law firm accounting experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Strong bookkeeping and general ledger experience Experience working alongside outside CPA firms would be great High level of ownership and accountability Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term stability, autonomy, and the ability to truly own their role.
