Office Services Maintain printer supplies for all campus printers. Fill Xerox machines with paper every morning. Check cabinets for toner and paper supplies. Maintain printer inventory/supplies. Distribute mail. Prepare all mass mailings (stuffing envelopes, facilitating mail pick up, etc.). Scan manuals, mostly large multi-volume (ex: 4-inch binder/1-25 volumes). Regular sized volumes and material requested by Engineering. Print bag scans (multi drawing folders for Service, Customers, Field Service, etc.). Order paper & printer supplies - Maintenance. Order boxes/envelope supplies. Incoming courier listing. Facilitate Fed Ex deliveries and package shipment for Executives & Salaried employees. Coordinate express shipments & deliveries. Package and send outgoing shipments such as: Drug Test Kits (HR-Employee new hire packets) Double boxing for HR computer returns for terminated employees. Verify labels for correct addresses. Ship out and receive back ensuring the equipment gets to the proper place. HR awards being shipped out. Package and arrange mailing of all other packages for employees that need boxed/envelopes stuffing. FEDEX/UPS/DHL pick up and notify recipients of express packages & deliver ground shipments. Facilitate & maintain AIMS: International shipments. Maintain maintenance work order requirements for per user requests. Order & process Iron Mountain Drawings/shipments/deliveries Order Carrier & Thomassen Drawings. Print Drawings for & Mylars for Assemble & Test. Scan & proof manuals. Print bag scans for Engineering & Field Service. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able and willing to work 1st (7am-3pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm) and 3rd (11pm-7am) shifts. Shifts are not guaranteed and are subject to shift realignment. Must be able and willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
