Customer Service Representative Gator Garage Doors is Hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR)! We are looking to add a strong CSR to our growing team. This role is key to supporting our technicians and delivering excellent service to our customers. Schedule details will be discussed during the interview process. Flexibility is required, as we operate 7 days a week. Shifts may fall between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you'll become the heartbeat of our customer experience. You will: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and positivity Schedule appointments and coordinate with our technicians for seamless service Provide updates, answer questions, and guide customers through next steps Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, helpful solutions Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently Spot opportunities to recommend services that genuinely help the customer Learn our services inside & outbecoming a trusted expert for homeowners What We're Looking For You're a great fit if you bring: 1+ year of customer service experience (home services or tech = bonus!) Excellent communication & active listening skills Strong organization and multitasking ability A calm, friendly, customer-first attitudeeven on busy days Comfort with technology (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)
