Warehouse Associate - Carrolton

Contract To Hire Role This is a 3 month contract to hire role with pay raise eligibility at 30, 60, & 90 days. This position requires mandatory overtime if requested. Base Compensation: Contractors will start at a rate of $15 - $17 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities: You will be moving a lot of heavy materials. Miners weigh 40lbs each and we deal with them in the 1000's. You will be working with pallets, moving them, stacking them, using a pallet jack. You will be working with power screwdrivers to assemble and disassemble equipment. Qualifications: Punctual and dependable, able to show up on time Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and pride yourself on hard work Common sense, critical thinking, and direct communication skills Safety minded 1-2 years of warehouse experience or forklift experience a plus
