Pay Range: $57,565-71,381.00 annually (Plus Incentive Opportunity) A new store means new opportunities--help us bring our culture and values to our new Cedar Park, Texas location by supporting our growing team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will attract and engage talent through inclusive recruiting practices and strong community connections, helping build the Cedar Park team from the ground up. This role will be primarily on-site during the initial store opening, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once the location is established. Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle NFM Recruiters are often the first contact new members of the NFM Family have before they begin their career. Our Recruiters screen, interview and partner with NFM Managers to match the right candidate to the right position. Relationship building and networking skills, internally and outside of NFM, are a must-have. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Be a Builder: Build relationships inside and outside of NFM to ensure NFM has a deep talent bench and a pipeline of potential new family members Collaborate: Work with NFM hiring managers to understand their work and talent needs Be Positive: Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression inside and outside of NFM Set the Stage: Screen applicants to ensure skills align with job requirements Monitor: Ensure hiring paperwork is completed accurately and on-time Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they lovebecause that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Bilingual in Spanish and English Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1-2 years professional-level human resources experience that included recruiting, interviewing and making hiring decisions strongly preferred. Internship experience preferred Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Ability to maintain confidential information HRIS and database experience preferred Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check Benefits: What's in It for You?
