ProPak Driver/Production Worker

ProPak Driver/Production Worker Salary Range: $10.00 - $11.00 Hourly Level: Entry Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: High School Travel Percentage: None Category: Nonprofit - Social Services Description Perform all tasks involved with the production in the Weaver Industries; follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Essential Job Functions: Follow all OSHA and safety standards Follow trained techniques and methods while completing products Transport persons served to and from work facilities Drive responsibly and safely Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous customer service to internal and external customers and other contacts Assembly of product from customers Bag, kit and heat-seal various products Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages Pack finished goods into correct containers and boxes Notify Supervisor of any non-conforming materials Notify Supervisor of any safety issues Maintain a clean and safe working environment Arrive at work/work area on time, dressed appropriately, per the employee handbook Qualifications Ability to follow verbal instructions Ability to work the tipper and conveyor controls Ability to learn to grade and separate paper Ability to work independently with little supervision Valid Driver License The acceptable Driving record for insurance purposes Must be eligible, capable and willing to drive a 12 passenger van Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
