High School Intern Line Service Representatives (Tellers) Air Academy Credit Union (AACU) is in search of high school students to work as high school intern line service representatives (tellers). We have positions available at the following branch locations: Cheyenne Mountain, Garden Ranch, Cordera, Monument, Castle Rock, Parker, and Highlands Ranch. Responsibilities include: Provides the following services accurately for members in person, by telephone or by mail: Processes transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Disburses cash and/or check withdrawals. Provides credit union or official checks, redeems bonds, processes credit card advances, and/or coin machine receipts upon request. Greeting members and accurately answering their questions or referring them to the appropriate person for a solution. Accurately processes end of day procedures including balancing reports, check processing and teller drawer. Identifies member needs and refers product and/or service to fit those needs. Understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality when handling financial information and transactions and complies with the credit union security regulations. Understands and operates within the core values of AACU responsibility, inclusiveness, growth, and education. Job requirements: Must be 16 years of age by June 8, 2026, and will be a junior or senior in the 2026-2027 school year. Availability to attend one of two seven-day trainings in Colorado Springs. Training sessions begin on June 8th and July 13th, 2026. Internship is approximately one year commitment. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time. Work schedule: Interns are expected to work during our normal business hours and must meet the following scheduling requirements: During the summer months, students may work up to 35 hours per week, including Saturdays. Once the school year begins, hours will be reduced to no fewer than 10 hours per week after school hours, including every Saturday.
