Staffmark, Recruiter Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions. Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interview coordination. Negotiate job offers, salary expectations, and employment terms to secure top candidates. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to track candidates and streamline hiring processes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote employer branding. Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve hiring practices, candidate experience, and workforce planning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proven ability to negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Experience in sourcing passive candidates through creative strategies and networking. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting and hiring. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet hiring goals.
