Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting daily operations, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring accuracy throughout our customer service and billing processes. Youll partner closely with warehouse supervisors, support our customer relationships, and develop efficient systems that keep freight moving on time. Office & Team Leadership Lead and supervise Customer Service Representatives and administrative staff Set employee goals and assist with annual performance reviews Develop processes that improve operational efficiency and accuracy Support onboarding, interviewing, and maintaining employee records Logistics & Operations Support Oversee customer billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness Respond to customer billing inquiries and provide account support Perform data entry for customer shipping databases and WMS systems Conduct inventory investigations alongside CSR teams and warehouse supervisors Ensure Bills of Lading (BOLs) are completed, signed, and delivered Customer & Internal Communication Maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers Collaborate with warehouse management to support daily logistics operations Assist staff with resolving complex or out-of-policy operational issues Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder preferred) Demonstrated leadership ability and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced logistics environments
