Property Admin - FT Laud $ 24 - $ 25 / Hour Fort lauderdale, Florida Customer Service & Support Compensation: $24-25/hr Core Responsibilities Front Office & Client Interaction Greet and welcome visitors; maintain a polished front-office presence Manage incoming calls via phone tree and overflow routing Organize and maintain a professional front-office environment Coordinate meetings and handle conference room scheduling Administrative Support Draft, scan, and file notices (including time-sensitive or court-related) Assist with administrative research and property management reporting Support property managers with daily operational tasks Property Management Support Work Orders & Maintenance (via Yardi): Track and follow up on tenant-submitted maintenance requests Liaise between tenants, maintenance staff, and outside vendors Payments, Invoicing & Notices: Route checks to appropriate parties (no payment posting required) Pull delinquency reports in Yardi Draft tenant notices Code invoices via the invoice portal All financial tasks described as trainable and not complex Required Skills & Systems Yardi experience preferred but not required; must be tech-savvy and logical Basic contract understanding helpful (lease interpretation not required) High emotional intelligence and ability to handle frustrated tenants Strong customer service background highly valued Ideal Candidate Profile Real estate/property management experience preferred but not required Open to candidates with transferable administrative or customer service backgrounds Must have professional maturity, calm demeanor, and "thick skin" Overqualified candidates are welcome if comfortable with a front-desk-centric role Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Haley Bosco Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
