The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the SVP, Manufacturing and to the Chief People Officer. This role manages senior leadership priorities, coordinates site activities, and oversees key administrative functions that support leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational continuity while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. The position is based at DrinkPAK's Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As part of this commitment, we offer: PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees AND their dependents, 100% paid by the Company A cell phone stipend Annual discretionary bonus 401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more Responsibilities: Provide executive level administrative support to the General Manager including drafting communications, creating slide decks, scheduling and preparing for meetings, taking meeting minutes, following up on action items, calendar management, etc. Coordinate cross functional plant leaders/resources as needed to accommodate interviews, special events, etc. Manage inventory of office supplies and refreshments. Coordinate and order lunches as requested. Manage plant tours and visitors (internal and external) including booking conference rooms, drafting meeting agendas, ensuring visitors know where to park and are properly greeted upon arrival, have proper refreshments and snacks, all IT needs are prepared, etc. Manage relocation support and business travel arrangements for recruits and current employees. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international travel. Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required. Track project progress and ensure timely completion. Ensure the upkeep of all conference rooms and office areas. Manage desk assignments and ensure desk set up for new hires. Order office furniture from approved vendor as needed. Manage vendors responsible for the upkeep/servicing of the Texas facility (ex. Grainger, Micro Market vendor, water delivery, etc.) Administer and execute employee engagement activities for the site such as the annual holiday party, employee events/holiday celebrations, Family Day, leadership rally's, production competitions and recognition programs. Partner with Corporate Marketing team on site specific marketing material, communications and content creation. Own and coordinate all community engagement activities on behalf of the plant, including planning, organizing, and executing community events, partnerships, volunteer initiatives, and local outreach efforts to strengthen the organization's presence and relationships within the community. Administer swag store credits for new hires and anniversaries. Ensure new hire kits are stocked and prepared for new hire orientation. Manage and distribute swag for bi-annual uniform refreshes, promotional giveaways, etc. Backup to the Receptionist when on break or out of office. Includes full management of front desk duties, sitting at the front desk greeting customers and visitors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience At least 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant or applicable administrative experience supporting a senior leader level Vendor management and event planning experience preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions independently Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure while handling multiple competing tasks A positive and proactive attitude, with a dedication to achieving excellence in all aspects of the role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A strong commitment to confidentiality at all times Our company's culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
