Compensation Business Partner Our client is a large, global manufacturing company known for producing high-quality industrial materials. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly cross-functional, with close partnership between HR, operations, finance, and senior leadership. This role is a unique blend of compensation work and HR partnership, offering the chance to shape high-impact compensation programs while staying closely connected to employees and leaders across the organization. You'll spend most of your time focused on compensation, like building salary structures, analyzing market data, supporting bonus programs, managing annual cycles, and working directly with leaders to ensure pay practices are competitive and aligned with business goals. The HRBP portion of the position adds a people-focused dimension, giving you the opportunity to support managers with onboarding, performance conversations, light employee relations, and general HR guidance. It's a collaborative environment where you'll partner closely with teams across operations, finance, and the broader HR function. The position is hybrid, three days a week in-office in Dunwoody, Atlanta. Job Description Design and implement competitive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with organizational goals. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation. Provide guidance on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations and salary adjustments. Analyze compensation trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Support annual compensation review processes and bonus planning activities. Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures. The Successful Applicant A successful Compensation Business Partner should have: Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. Proficiency in market analysis and salary benchmarking tools. Ability to navigate and ensure compliance with relevant compensation laws and regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with HR and leadership teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
