New Construction and Renovations throughout the state of Florida. Tiello has partnered with a growing Florida General Contractor on their search for an Estimator who has experience estimating $50M+ commercial new build/renovation construction projects throughout the state of Florida. This position will be based out of Miami or Panama City, FL. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage subcontractor bid receipt logs Solicit bids and communicate with vendors/subcontractors Assemble and distribute bid packages Track bid deadlines and submit proposals on time Maintain organized electronic records and bid tracking sheet Follow up on submitted bids and budgets with clients and stakeholders Conduct internal handoff meetings with PM teams Assist in subcontractor buyout and scope validation Support PM team with cost breakdowns and trade-specific insights Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks Support account managers and regional directors with client meetings Build relationships with clients and subcontractors to generate future opportunities Qualifications: At least 2-3+ years of experience (minimum) in an Estimator position Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently Commercial Construction Estimating Experience is a MUST with projects ranging around $50M.
