Business Development Associate The Business Development Associate supports company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with government and industry partners, and assisting in the development of compliant, high-quality proposals. This role contributes to pipeline management, market research, and strategic initiatives, including support of multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Responsibilities: Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within the federal marketplace. Conduct market research, lead generation, and customer outreach efforts. Build and maintain relationships with government clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Support the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements. Develop proposal content including past performance narratives, technical approaches, management plans, transition plans, and Sources Sought responses. Develop and deliver marketing materials, capability statements, and presentations. Maintain and update the internal opportunity tracking/CRM system with accurate pipeline information. Prepare reports and briefings for senior leadership on pipeline status and business development activities. Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to present information clearly to individuals and groups. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and leadership levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to conduct basic competitive and price analysis. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. 1-2 years of relevant experience supporting Federal business development efforts preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
