Job Description Job Description Sales & Business Development- Nurses & MAs Welcome | Uncapped Earnings!Vita 10 Therapy (Full-Time)Location : Dallas-Fort Worth Area (local travel between clinic and partner sites required)Compensation: $70,000 base salary + commissions (uncapped earning potential)Position OverviewVita 10 is seeking a full-time Sales & Business Development Executive to support and drive our B2B growth and outreach efforts. This role is highly execution-focused and will be active in the field building partnerships, generating referrals, and driving measurable results. While strategic input is valued, success in this position will be defined by consistent execution, relationship-building, and revenue growth aligned with Vita 10's mission and values.Key Partnership AudiencesThe Sales & Business Development Executive will focus on building and maintaining referral and partnership pipelines across two major audiences:Traditional Healthcare Partners - Physicians and practices where IV and advanced therapies can support patient outcomes. This includes physicians in traditional areas of OBGYN, plastic and general surgery, primary care, orthopedics, sports medicine and other specialists. Vita 10 partnerships are designed to complement existing treatment plans by offering value-added therapeutic options that may not otherwise be available within traditional care settings.Holistic Healthcare Partners - This includes physicians and practices specializing in functional and integrative medicine, midwifery, chiropractic medicine, physical therapy, massage therapy and health and nutritional coaching. For these providers IV, peptide, and non IV therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen offer treatment tied to diagnoses from the providers.
