About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and relationship-drivenAccount Representativeto join our team. In this role, you will bring value to the organization by expanding the product base within new and existing accounts, increasing pertransaction sales, and maintaining strong, profitable client relationships. You will work closely with Store Owners, Managers, Distributors, and Customers-providing exceptional service, effective product support, and strategic account management. Success in this role requires integrity, accuracy, and a customerfocused mindset guided by our Core Values.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and grow relationships with existing customers through excellent service, pricing, and product knowledge Present customized sales strategies with integrity and ethical sales practices Expand product sales and increase pertransaction revenue within your existing client base Build new buyer relationships while continuing to strengthen current account partnerships Partner with Business Development Representatives and Customer Service Representatives to support regional sales growth Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives to create autoship and regular reorder schedules Verify and process sales orders to ensure accurate delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction Research and resolve backorder issues promptly and effectively Manage conflicts or issues with speed, professionalism, and accuracyRequired SkillsSales support Inside sales Account management Outbound calling Customer relationship management Operations knowledge Strong communication and problem-solving abilitiesQualificationsMust-Have:Previoussalesorcustomer serviceexperience Strong tenure and stability in past positionsNice-to-Have:Experience inautomotive,battery, or similar industries Experience working with store owners, distributors, or consumer product lines Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
