Description Telecare Fern Lodge Behavioral Wellness Make a Meaningful Impact-Every Shift As an Associate Clinician, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey by delivering compassionate, trauma-informed mental health services in a collaborative, recovery-centered environment. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary team members and community partners to ensure individuals receive coordinated, high-quality care that supports stability, dignity, and long-term recovery. This role is on-site, depending on program needs. Schedule Options Part-Time | 8-hour shifts | 3 days per week Choose one of the following schedules: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | 5 days per week Choose one of the following schedules: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Compensation Starting pay: $34.43 - $38.48 per hour Full pay range: Up to $50.62 per hour Telecare applies geographic pay differentials. Compensation is based on location and relevant experience above minimum requirements. What You'll Do Provide direct mental health services to individuals and their families Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Partner with external agencies, including: Conservator's Office / Public Guardian Probation Department County Behavioral Health Services Housing providers and inpatient facilities Support treatment planning using Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) Deliver care through a trauma-informed, no-force-first approach Promote independence, self-responsibility, and successful transitions to less restrictive settings What You Bring (Required) Active, valid associate license with the WA Board of Behavioral Sciences: LMFTA LSWA LMHCA Master's Degree in Social Sciences At least one (1) year of post-master's direct service experience with individuals experiencing mental illness What's In It for You Paid Time Off & Sick Leave (for Full-Time employees) Nine Paid Holidays Shift Differentials for hourly staff: PM Shift: +6% Overnight Shift: +10% Weekend AM: +5% Weekend PM: +11% Weekend Overnight: +15% Free CEUs, clinical coaching, and mentorship Online University tuition discounts & company scholarships Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance 401(k) & Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Benefits may vary by location and position type.
