Make An Impact: Sr. Demand Planner We are seeking a talented Sr. Demand Planner to join our Planning team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning for our Americas indirect business, ensuring that demand forecasts align with commercial strategies and inventory goals. An ideal candidate will possess a strong collaborative spirit and the technical expertise to balance complex forecasting with financial objectives. This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Planning Manager. What you will do in this role: Forecast 12-month rolling demand for key accounts, adjusting in-season based on performance and commercial inputs Develop a SKU level bottoms up forecast that aligns with our tops down financial plans and overall brand and commercial strategies Partner with sales teams pre-market to identify seasonal newness and replenishment needs Work with supply planners to ensure proper flow and delivery of merchandise to the customer Build and maintain various reports to assist with meeting sales and inventory goals Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage excess and markdown inventory Ad hoc special projects as needed Success metrics: Forecasting Accuracy Attainment On-time deliveries and Fill Rates Excess Inventory Who You Are: Requirements 36 years of dedicated demand planning experience Proven experience managing bottoms-up forecasting for full assortments, including newness, carryover, and markdown SKUs Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and familiarity with integrating hard order or PO bookings into a rolling forecast Familiarity with post-order reconciliation processes and tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners at various levels Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, Tableau, GCP, or Google Suite Prior management experience is preferred but not required Specific experience planning for key accounts and segmented assortments What We Offer: Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being services Retirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resources Paid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregivers Generous Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Days, Summer Flex Fridays Work Flexibility: Hybrid schedule plus "Work-From-Anywhere" options Tuition Reimbursement: Support for approved educational programs
