Job Title We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Administrative Support team member to assist with client communications, sales support, telemarketing, and front office coverage. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Communicate with clients regarding bids that have been submitted to confirm receipt and determine bid status. Follow up with past clients to generate future work opportunities. Assist the Sales Team with new leads and estimating support. Provide general administrative support as needed. Serve as backup to the Receptionist. Provide full reception coverage during maternity leave (answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling front desk responsibilities). Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes): To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and friendly disposition.
