Office Assistant We're looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Office Assistant to join our growing team. This person will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our Operations Manager with administrative and customer-facing tasks. If you're a self-starter who's comfortable on the phone, great at staying organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as needed Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to explain and promote our services Perform general administrative duties: filing, data entry, email correspondence, document prep Assist the Operations Manager with various ongoing tasks and projects Keep office supplies stocked and organized Other duties as needed flexibility is key! What We're Looking For Friendly, professional communication skills (especially over the phone) Highly organized and detail-oriented A self-starter who takes initiative without constant direction Comfortable juggling multiple tasks Dependable and hard-working Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus Why Join Us?
