Cybersecurity Incident Management Senior Manager At PwC, our people in cybersecurity focus on protecting organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. The Opportunity As part of the Cybersecurity team you lead the management of cybersecurity incidents, safeguarding the protection and resilience of our systems. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects and innovate processes, focusing on attaining results and maintaining operational excellence. You leverage your knowledge in business continuity and disaster recovery standards, and your ability to address complex client challenges, to drive success and develop top-performing teams. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the management of cybersecurity incidents Safeguard the protection and resilience of systems through strategic planning Guide large-scale projects with a focus on innovative process improvement Utilize proficiency in business continuity and disaster recovery to address client needs Drive success by developing and mentoring top-performing teams Maintain operational excellence while solving complex challenges Leverage strategic advising to enhance client relationships Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart Master's Degree preferred Leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards Completing Business Impact Assessments and developing plans Understanding Disaster Recovery processes and execution Possessing knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity Exhibiting experience with business continuity/resilience technology platforms Summarizing data into coherent reports and presentations Problem-solving in unstructured environments Managing workloads across multiple initiatives The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
