Compliance Specialist (Program Manager) This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), in the FERC Compliance (CGF) organization of Compliance and Governance (CG), Compliance, Audit and Risk Management (C). A successful candidate in the Compliance Specialist (Program Manager) position will serve as technical authority and program manager responsible for the development and implementation of the reliability compliance oversight program across all business lines of BPA.
