Clean Malpractice is required due to credentialing timeframe for Dec dates Dates:- Dec 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th Dec 27th, 28th, and 29th. On call 7am- 7am Hospital call is 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. on the dates assigned.
