Position: Senior Paid Media Buyer Location: Remote | Full-Time Compensation: $120k$150k Base + Aggressive Performance Bonuses Brand: Cove ???? The Role Were hiring a Senior Media Buyer to plug into our paid media team and help scale Cove to the next level. This is not an optimize whats there role. This is a drive incremental, profitable growth at scale role. Youll manage and scale $3M+/month in paid media across: Meta (core focus) TikTok AppLovin (strong plus) With expansion into additional channels over time You should already have experience operating inside a brand doing $100M+ annually and managing serious budgets. If youve never managed real scale this isnt the job. ???? What Youll Own Manage and scale $3M+ per month across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin Build and execute structured testing frameworks weekly Drive incremental growth not just retargeting efficiency Analyze performance deeply (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, AOV, NCROAS, MER, Contribution Margin, etc.) Control budgets aggressively and reallocate capital with conviction Identify winning creative patterns and collaborate with our content team to scale them Build full-funnel strategy with clear KPI ownership Validate incrementality across platforms Report performance daily & weekly to the Growth Director Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts and ad tech changes You are accountable for profitable scale. Period. ? You Are A true operator who has managed $3M+/month in spend Experienced at a $100M+ brand (or equivalent scale) Deeply fluent in Meta Ads Manager Strong on TikTok Ads Experienced or highly comfortable with AppLovin Obsessed with understanding backend economics (gross margin, contribution margin, blended CAC, MER, NCROAS, etc.) Data-first but commercially minded Calm under pressure Extremely responsive and decisive Able to move without hand-holding You dont wait for permission. You act, test, analyze, and adjust. ????
