Job Summary The Senior Executive Assistant is a key member of the Centrum Health team and will support our CEO in the areas of day-to-day office operations including appointment scheduling, meeting planning and travel accommodations. This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Doral. Key Responsibilities Support our CEO with daily operations tasks including travel logistics, office coordination, calendar management, expense reports, etc. Manage the front desk receptionist, who is the face of Centrum Health in our Doral office, and who greets guests, sorts and distributes mail, stocks the break room, etc. Be a key point of contact for senior leadership and external parties (care partners, vendor partners, etc.) and support interactions consistent with Centrum Health values, through scheduling support, meeting preparation, and agenda coordination. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other materials for large meetings. Work closely with property management and other organizations that support efficient office maintenance. Act as a liaison between the Doral location and other company office locations. Support fun, events and other social interactions at our location, including, but not limited to holiday decorations, birthday celebrations, community service initiatives, etc. Education and Experience High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred At least 5 (five) years of executive or senior administrative assistant experience required Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and other modern office technology Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Self-motivated and possesses strong ability to anticipate Strong multi-tasking skills Exceptional communication skills Highly organized Positive and professional demeanor As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and employ a diverse employee group committed to meeting the needs of NeueHealth, our consumers, and the communities we serve.
