Responsibilities: Recruitment Leadership Drive full-cycle recruiting for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly. Strategic HR Partnership Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices. Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Onboarding Excellence Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor for employee questions and assist with resolving issues. Performance & Engagement Support performance review processes and coach managers on feedback and goal-setting. Special Projects Lead HR initiatives such as engagement programs, DEI efforts, and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HR experience, including strong recruiting expertise. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
