This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service. Must have veterinary receptionist experience.Daily responsibilities include:Managing multiple phone linesBooking appointmentsGreeting clientsProcessing PaymentsEnsuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clientsThis is a full-time position with rotating Saturday morning hours as needed. A love of animals and a customer service background is a great fit for this position.
