Personal Care Assistant

Mazik Group, LLC is seeking dependable and professional Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide structured student support within school settings in Chester County.PCAs assist students with engagement, transitions, behavioral regulation, and classroom participation throughout the school day. This is a school-based position aligned with the academic calendar and daytime school hours. It is not a home health or assisted living role.PCAs collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.We are intentional in our hiring and maintain high standards in professionalism and performance.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct student support during classroom instruction and school activitiesAssist with transitions, routines, and independent task completionImplement behavior support plans as writtenCollect accurate and objective dataMaintain strict confidentiality and professional boundariesCollaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and supervisorsSupport students during less structured settings such as lunch or recessFollow sign-in/out and documentation procedures accuratelyBehavioral ExpectationsThis role may involve supporting students during moments of behavioral escalation or emotional dysregulation.
